FOOD: CHICKEN VEGGIE WRAP. (SUBSTITUTE FOR SHARWAMA )

Hey y'all!! I feel like I owe you guys an apology, I'm sorry boos (kisses :*) Been hella busy. I'd make sure I drop one post every week henceforth.
Being craving Sharwama since forever but I think of my waistline and its a no-no. One day while thinking of how to sort this craving, I came up with this easy recipe it's probably the easiest there is. Without further ado, we hop into it.

INGREDIENTS
- Low-carb Lebanese flat bread (oasis supermarket or any other).
- Grilled chicken breast or turkey (cold store).
- Lettuce (local market).
- Carrot (local market).
- Cucumber (local market).
- 0% fat brown spicy mustard (oasis supermarket or any other).

-Vinegar.(optional)

PROCESS
-Season,boil and grill the chicken breast/Turkey.
-Wash and cut the vegetables as desired. (Chop the lettuce, grate the carrots, peel the skin off the cucumber then dice)

- Allow to drain. You can add some vinegar.
-Cut the Grilled chicken breast/turkey in strips.

-On a flat plate, place the flat bread and spread some of the 0% fat mustard all over evenly as desired.
-Place the chopped vegetables and chicken/turkey strips on one end of the flat bread then roll the bread up firmly.
-Place the rolled up bread in a sandwich maker/toaster for about 30 seconds and Booooooooooom! Our 'wannabe' sharwama is ready.
